About Hailuo 2.3
Hailuo 2.3 is MiniMax's standard Hailuo tier, priced at $0.12 per second. It runs as text to video and image to video, with MiniMax's prompt optimizer left on as the provider sets it by default.
The only setting is the length, 6 seconds or 10 seconds. The provider charges a fixed price for each length, and so does MegaScenes: $0.70 or $1.40 per clip. A typical generation takes about 2 min.
